The Bottling Department is committed to supporting the growing San Antonio culinary community and working with area vendors who source fresh, local ingredients. Associated with the historic Pearl Brewery, a San Antonio staple since 1883, the Bottling Department is neighbors with the Culinary Institute of America, the city’s year-round Farmer’s Market, Hotel Emma, and numerous restaurants. Federal Galley

When not exploring the Civil Rights history of Little Rock, stop into this food hall for a quick bite to eat and to visit the city’s official souvenir shop, Shop the Rock.
