Ye Olde Tavern Tour combines history with one of the earliest american pastimes: drinking! When you buy a ticket for Ye olde tavern tours, you get access to three different taverns (each with a beer included) + ten historic sites, all led by tour guides who have strong backgrounds in history! As they say at ye olde tavern tours: huzzah!

Where is your business located?
What inspired you to start the business?
I believe beer makes history even better, so I combined my love of both by starting the company.
What about your business are you most proud of?
The amazing team of tour guides we have! All of our tour guides are historians who combine enthusiasm with strong historic knowledge + an ability to make history fun.
What do you think makes your business unique?
Our business is unique because we cover a familiar story in history but with a fun twist: historic taverns and beer! Our tours talk about revolutionary Boston, but also the role that taverns + alcohol played in the American Revolution.
If you had to describe the business in 3 words, what would they be?
I'd describe our tours as the following: surprising, fun + enthusiastic!
THE FUN STUFF
What is your favorite spot to visit in your city?
We love the Freedom Trail but one of our favorites sites on the Freedom Trail is the Old State House.
What is your favorite food or restaurant to enjoy in your city?
We loving drinking at the Green Dragon Tavern!
Do you have a travel memory that is important to you?
I grew up in California + was in college the first time I visited Boston. I was stunned by the amazing history that was all right downtown. I decided that I wanted to be near it and moved to Boston right after I graduated.
