Who receives the Envelope?
Your Pack Up + Go Surprise Trip Envelope will be mailed to the first traveler on your Pre-Trip Survey. Prioritize the star traveler in your group by listing them first on the Survey—especially for special occasions like birthdays or graduations!
Does each traveler in a group get a Surprise Envelope?
If you’re all departing from the same airport, we’ll mail one envelope to the first traveler listed on your Pre-Trip Survey. If your group is flying from different airports, each departing airport group gets an envelope.
What if my Envelope gets lost in the mail?
Not to worry - we’ll send all the info via email as well! We'll put your envelope in the mail one week before your trip with USPS 2-day shipping, usually arriving 2-4 days before your departure.
