This giveaway is open from September 10th, 2025 at 12:01:00 AM EST to September 22nd, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM EST. 1 winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via email by press@packupgo.com by September 30th, 2025. The winner has 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner fails to reply the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Eligibility: Entrants must be twenty-one (21) years or older to enter. Only persons living in the United States are eligible.

Entry: To enter, entrants must submit their email address, first and last name, city, state and zip code through the form on the Sweepstakes Site. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not be acknowledged. Each person who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain additional Bonus Entries by performing listed social actions. For each action performed, the user will receive the allotted amount of bonus entries listed below.

  • Entrant will receive 2 additional entries for following @packupgo_travel on Instagram.

  • Entrant will receive 2 additional entries for following @visitithaca on Instagram.

The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Pack Up + Go reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Pack Up + Go, in its sole discretion.

Prize Description: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize includes the following prize and is valued at around $1,500 total:

  • $1,500 You Pick Trip for one winner and one guest for 3 day/2 nights to Ithaca, NY, which includes:

    • Standard You Pick Trip prize includes:

  • Pre-booked accommodations (hotel or bed + breakfast) 

  • Curated recommendations for things to see, do and explore in Ithaca that fit the traveler’s unique interests

  • At least one pre-booked activity or gift card

  • Dinner reservations for each night

  • Parking (if applicable) or rideshare gift card

Selection of Winners: One winner will be selected at random and contacted by email by September 30th, 2025.

Restrictions/Terms/Conditions of Use of Prize: The Trip must be booked at least two (2) weeks prior to departure date. The Trip must be booked within one (1) year of the last day of the Promotion Period, which is September 22nd, 2026. The Prize is non-transferable.

Winners will only be contacted by press@packupgo.com. Any other accounts attempting to contact you are not affiliated with us. We will never ask winners to click any external links or provide credit card information. Please do not give out information to accounts that you suspect may be spam or impersonator accounts. U.S. winners will be asked for their W-9 form and invoice. By entering into this giveaway, all entrants confirm that they have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Although not anticipated, competition rules and the prize may be changed or altered at any point by the Sponsor.

All results of the selections are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event that a winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever or the person who submitted the winning entry fails to comply with these Official Rules prior to delivery of the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Additional Terms: This giveaway is not affiliated or sponsored by Instagram. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Entrants understand that the Sponsor is not responsible for the actions of Instagram or any individuals that may comment on the entry. Entrants use Instagram at their own risk. By entering, you agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and giveaway Entities from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with your participation and/or entry in the giveaway and/or your receipt or use of any prize awarded in this giveaway or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any giveaway-related activity or participation in this giveaway. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant, the Sponsor, or the giveaway Entities in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application or the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania. Any action or litigation concerning this Agreement shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in the State of Pennsylvania, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY. YOU (HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
