Postponement Policy

We encourage you to put your Pack Up + Go Trip on hold for a later date to avoid steeper penalties, and having to sign up from the beginning when you are ready to travel again.

It’s essential to reach out ASAP if you cannot travel on your original Pack Up + Go Trip dates. The more notice we have, the more likely we’ll be able to secure refunds on your behalf. When you have selected your new dates, we require at least 4 weeks notice to get your Trip back on the schedule; you can reschedule your Trip with a call or email!

With Peace of Mind Refund Assurance:

Change your Trip to a specific date, or put your Trip on hold, without a specific date, at no additional cost

Peace of Mind Refund Assurance will only affect Pack Up + Go Trips purchased after March 31, 2021. If you purchased your Surprise Trip prior to March 31, 2021, you are subject to our 2020 Cancellation and Postponement Policy.

*Airline credits given from Peace Of Mind Refund Assurance cannot be used to book a future Pack Up + Go Trip and may be subject to a rebooking fee from the airline.
