How can I join Cloud 9 Club?
When a friend you’ve referred books a trip with Pack Up + Go and mentions your name when checking out, you’ll automatically start earning points and be enrolled!
How do referral points work?
Every time you refer a friend, you’ll earn 4,000 points per Trip. You can redeem your points for a Destination Guide or a discount towards a future Trip.
How do I view + redeem my points?
We’ll email you when you earn points, and we’ll send out quarterly reminders that include your point balance. To redeem your points, just fill out the form below and a member of our team will send you your discount promo code!
