Peace of Mind Refund Assurance lets you book confidently.

Things come up, and plans change. Peace of Mind Refund Assurance, powered by Pack Up + Go, allows you to change your Trip dates or cancel your Trip for any reason, up until the day of your departure. Peace of Mind Refund Assurance is an optional add-on available at check-out for all Trip Types. Peace of Mind costs 10% of your total Trip budget.

Depending on how close to your departure dates you decide to cancel, we will refund you:

• 100% of your travel budget if your Trip is 4+ weeks away

• 80% of your travel budget if your Trip is 72+ hours away-4 weeks away

• 75% of your travel budget if your Trip is within 72 hours

If you have airline credits, you will also receive your credit information for future personal use.

If you need to change your Trip dates:

• We will change your reservations to either a specific date or hold the Pre-Trip Survey for future use. If there is an increase in fare or penalty for moving the Trip, we will cover the difference up to 2x what you paid for Peace of Mind.

You can opt into Peace of Mind Refund Assurance at checkout when booking your Trip, or email us to add it for up to one week after booking your Trip.

Peace of Mind costs 10% of your total Trip budget.

If you need to change your travel dates or cancel your Trip, we cannot guarantee any refunds without Peace of Mind Refund Assurance and your Trip will be subject to cancellation fees. We are at the mercy of the refund and cancellation policies of the airlines, hotel, and activity providers used on your Trip. If you need to cancel your Pack Up + Go Trip, you will be subject to a cancellation fee ranging from 20%-50% depending on when you cancel. If you need to change your Trip dates, you are responsible for any increases in costs, in addition to the Pack Up + Go $100 change fee.

Peace of Mind Refund Assurance will only affect Pack Up + Go Trips purchased after March 31, 2021. If you have already purchased your Surprise Trip, you are still subject to our 2020 Cancellation and Postponement Policy.
