  • We recently took our 3rd Pack Up + Go Trip, this time to Phoenix. It was over a holiday weekend and we were flying from and back home to bad weather. The customer service team did a prompt and excellent job of getting alternative travel plans arranged to meet our needs and keep us moving so we could relax and enjoy the Trip they planned for us.
