Q: When is the code valid?
A: The promo code will be valid starting 12:00 AM ET Wednesday, March 22 until 11:59 PM ET Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
Q: Is the code transferable?
A: Anyone is welcome to use this promo code and you can absolutely share the code with your friends + family. The promo codes can only be used once per user.
Q: How do I use the $100 off promo code?
A: You will enter the promo code on the payment page, which is the last page of the booking process on the Pre-Trip Survey. There will be a box for you to enter the promo code.
Q: Is the code for $100 off each individual traveler or $100 off the total Surprise Trip?
A: The $100 off is for the whole Surprise Trip, not per person.
All travelers must be included in the same Surprise Trip booking. We cannot combine Trips that are booked separately.
Trip Types:
Q: Is the $100 off valid on all trip types?
A: Yes! The $100 discount is valid on all Trip Types - Plane Trips, Road Trips, Outdoors Road Trips, and Staycations.
Q: Can I use this discount to purchase gift cards and Pack Up + Go merchandise?
A: This discount is not valid on Gift Cards or Pack Up + Go merchandise purchases.
Booking Details:
Q: I have a Gift Card, may I use this deal in conjunction with it?
A: The Spring into Adventure discount can be used in conjunction with a gift card.
Q: When can I book my Trip for?
A: There is no limit to how far out you can book your Pack Up + Go Trip, but keep in mind that we do require at least 4 weeks to plan your adventure!
Don’t want to travel this spring? No problem! You can book for summer 2023, fall 2023, and beyond.
Q: I’ve already booked a Trip in the past, may I apply this discount retroactively?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot apply this discount to your order since it was placed prior to our sale. With that being said, we would encourage you to share this discount with others and spread the good cheer! We do provide referral discounts and those deals never expire.
Q: I have another discount, may I use it with this order/discount?
A: Unfortunately, this is an exclusive discount for this timeframe and we cannot combine this promo code with any other discount. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
However, as you plan ahead please keep in mind that your referral discount will never expire and the Spring into Adventure Sale discount is only good for trips ordered March 22 - March 29, 2023.
Q: If I book now, can I change my dates later?
A: We’re here to help if you need to make a change, but we do charge a $100 date change fee. We also require that new dates be at least 4 weeks away. To avoid any change fees, we encourage all travelers to add Peace of Mind Refund Assurance to their Surprise Vacation at checkout.
