2023 Milestones
Website Relaunch
In February, our team finished their hard work on redesigning our Pack Up + Go website. This gave our travelers an upgraded site experience through mobile optimization, improved accessibility, new pages, and much more. We’re still offering the same expertly curated Trips and top-notch customer service, just on a fresher and elevated website.
Destination Guide Bundles
This July, we added the option to get even more out of our expert-crafted Destination Guides with the introduction of Bundles. Our Destination Guide Bundles include full sets of curated recommendations of the best places to stay and things to do, see, and eat for several themed adventures including Beer Lovers, Girls Trips, National Parks, and more.
You Pick Trips
We were thrilled to announce the expansion and renaming of our beloved Staycation Trip Type to "You Pick Trips." This evolution helped to rethink the way travelers can plan their Pack Up + Go experiences and allowed us to further expand the definition of Surprise Travel. Overall, it’s pretty simple: you choose the destination, and we’ll plan the surprises!

We kicked off the year with Parrot Bay on a “Bae-cation” Sweepstakes campaign in which lucky winners were given an exclusive, tropical-inspired Parrot Bay Surprise Vacation experience.
FULFIL
We joined FULFIL to help travelers “Taste What’s Possible” through a sweepstakes that included a Surprise Trip + delicious protein bars.
Cooper Tires
We partnered with Cooper Tires on the “Adventure Awaits” Sweepstakes campaign to give one lucky winner a Surprise Road Trip experience as well as $1,000 worth of new tires!
