What inspired you to start the business?
Love of local and interesting food and devotee of Saratoga history.
What about your business are you most proud of?
People on the tour not only get to enjoy food but will meet many food entrepreneurs in the area.
What do you enjoy most about running your business?
Working with people both on the tour and the people we meet along the way
What challenges have you faced as a business owner?
Very few. It has been a great experience.
What do you think makes your business unique?
By the end of the tour, guests will have met almost a dozen new friends and feel that they are part of the Saratoga food community.
If you had to describe the business in 3 words, what would they be?
tasty, delightful, fun

What is your favorite spot in the U.S to travel to and why?
New York City--so much to do
Which of the five senses do you appreciate the most when you travel and why?
Taste--I can taste something that I tasted 30 years ago and remember the experience from then.
Do you have a travel memory that is important to you?
The people you meet along the way are always the things you remember. I met a guru in India 10 years ago and when I saw him again he remembered my name and things about me. Incredible.
